This is a marvelous website that allows you to donate to the associated land trusts to buy old forested land in Canada, so that it stays protected with the strongest laws available.
A truly great initiative, and a great way to help protect the environments and eco-systems that sustain us. Another plus is that you can dedicate the land and present it to a friend as a gift.
I highly recommend this very valuable initiative.
